Energy of the Week
ACE OF PENTACLES
Aces begin each suit, and in this case we are in the suit of Pentacles! Money, home, stability, health, work - everything that relates to the earthly, physical realm is represented by Pentacles. Here we have a hand coming out of the clouds - the miraculous hand of the Universe, a seed of inspiration - to offer you a gift. It's welcoming you to receive the abundance you desire in your life as it pertains to your physical well-being and material possessions. Will you receive the gift? Also known as, will you accept this challenge? Are you ready to go on this journey?
With anything we desire to manifest, there are steps involved. There is a process to be taken that will surely test us, grow us and allow us to explore untapped parts of ourselves. There is a strengthening in the preparation process to make us a vibrational match or more alignd to the things we want to attract.
As you can see on the tarot card, there is an opening or a doorway that leads to a mountain and the greatness beyond. It's an invitation to walk the path and start putting the plan into action. Pentacles represent Earth energy - Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn - who typically are the most grounded of all the signs. They value hard work, discipline, follow-through, consistency, determination, and often slow and steady progress as nothing worth having is gained overnight. We are called to trust the process with some good ol' faith! Do you have faith that what you want to manifest is already yours and is on its way to you? Are you open to learning new skills and making the necessary physical changes in order to obtain your dreams? Sometimes it's easier to make the mental shift, but not the physical. If you see yourself 20 pounds lighter, but you're not willing to support that vision with daily exercise and healthy eating, then you can't expect to get there.
Everything works together in harmony to produce the great results.

Energy of the Week
The Death Card
Two cards came out as I meditated on the collective energy of the week.
This major arcana card represents spiritual transformation which entails an ending of something to make room for a new beginning. Life is full of unexpected transitions.
Don't think too literally on this one; the "ending" usually refers to a mindset or belief system, negative habits or addictions, toxic relationships or unfulfilling career. If it's ending then you can be sure it's the right time. The Death card has a similar energy to The Tower card which also signifies an abrupt shift in your life--the change can be foundational, systemic, emotional, spiritual and physical. If you've been practicing self-awareness, you may have a good idea of what in your life needs restructuring or ending. Be open to the changes, however uncomfortable it may be, as it will all be for the evolution of your life and purpose. Perhaps the shift is carrying you to calmer, more stable waters.
Page of Swords
The Page in any of the suits represents young, youthful energy. It's the optimistic beginner ready to set out into the world his newfound thoughts and ideas. Swords are a symbol of the mind, beliefs, communication, technology, and strategies. This makes sense accompanied by with The Death Card. As one idea or system dismantles, a new one emerges. This is the birth of new mental energy ready to be put into action. But notice the young man is holding the sword with both hands, not quite stable in his abilities yet, although eager to start cutting heads and taking names! When we are implementing new beliefs and ways of communication, the approach won't be perfect. Expect mistakes, mishaps, a nice learning curve. But keep going anyway! It will take time to get in the right rhythm. There are multiple laws of the universe at play.
Call to Action:
Observe the areas in your life (internally and externally) that need to end. Where does the chapter need to close so the new one can start? There are major mental shifts happening for the collective, and the energy has been potent and draining for many. Take time to rest, reflect, and recharge as often as possible to maintain your strength through these transitions. Keep a journal of what comes up for you emotionally each day. What are the discomforts? How do you feel? If you feel any panic or unrest, do a breathing exercise with your hand over your heart. Be present.

Energy of the Week
Two of Swords
This week's energy may take us in different directions in order to find that stabilized point of balance where we hone in on the right path or decision for us.
In this card, the woman is blindfolded which can represent inner guidance and intuition. Going within to contemplate the pros and cons, beliefs, and wisdom needed before making a sound decision. She is still, stable and confident within her ability to take action once she receives clarity. Being blindfolded also reminds us that we do not always have all the pieces of the puzzle. Outcomes won't always be revealed to us, but this is our opportunity to walk in faith, fully trusting the universe for guidance.
Sometimes we are in our heads a little too long, overthinking, stuck in anxiety over a difficult decision or necessary confrontation. The swords across the chest symbolizes being at a crossroads. Examine the relationships and circumstances in your life that need to be addressed. Where have you been procrastinating? Where have you allowed fear of the unknown to keep you in a neutral state, hoping and wishing the issue will resolve itself if you pretend not to notice it?
Call to action for the week:
Reclaim your power of decision-making. This is a skill that can be practiced. If you struggle in this area, start small. Be deliberate with your thoughts, what you will have for breakfast, the number of chapters you'll read each day... it takes practice. This practice builds self-trust and confidence to then make bigger decisions.
Feel that empowerment and use it as fuel for the "scarier" choices. You got this! I'm right here growing with you. Leave a comment below if you want to engage with me. And check out my latest podcast episode below for deeper insight on the 2 of Swords energy.
Have a transformative week!
Energy of the Week
One of my favorite cards in the deck, The Hermit card embodies Virgo energy - Earth element - stable, grounded, highly spiritual, analytical and wise. When you are ready to go on a solo journey to seek inner guidance and deeper understanding of Self, you may pull The Hermit card. It calls for solitude in order to gain clarity from within. You may take as long as needed to analyze, assess, or reflect on your emotions, thoughts, actions, and life purpose. The old man on the card carries a lantern with a shining star inside - symbolic of one's inner light. People who travel the world on a spiritual quest tend to be in this hermit mode but it can be as simple as a weekend retreat. The knowledge and wisdom gained is meant to fortify a direction or calling. If you're feeling overwhelmed, confused, distraught or emotional imbalance, you may want to take this sacred time of alone.
Three of Pentacles
The 3 of Pentacles is another Earth-based, grounded type of energy card. Pentacles represent stability, resources, money. The people in the card are working together in collaboration to strategize and build something of substance. This has to do with planning and setting a foundation for the future. Teamwork and hard work is required here. Like earth energy, this isn't a fast-moving situation - slow and steady wins the race. Planning something that will last takes focus, precision and attention to detail. You'll likely need communicate with several people to coordinate schedules and play specific roles. Have you found your tribe? Do you have a common vision that you're ready to work towards?

Energy of the Week
This card carries the energy of joy, happiness, success, and enlightenment. It is total comfort in one's own skin. The boy riding the horse is completely naked and free, enjoying the blessing of his life under the sun and surrounded by sunflowers.
In the collective energy pull for the week (see podcast episode below), The Sun card came out in reverse, which can suggest sadness, lack of clarity or false impressions of reality. Sometimes we don't allow ourselves to fully experience joy due to blockages in our thinking or feelings of overwhelm and disharmony. It's important to get back in touch with the things that truly fulfill us to embody that playful, childlike attitude again.
How to address The Sun in its reverse position:
1. Examine what is holding you back from expressing yourself. How do you feel?
2. Identify the trauma or issue that has been triggered within you.
3. Are you overthinking a situation? Is your ego overpowering your ability to see things for what they are?
4. Once you've identified the problem, find a practical, grounded solution that brings your attention back into your body. (i.e. take a walk outside, watch a funny movie, play a sport or do a workout, do a mindfulness meditation, write a gratitude list)
5. Make a conscious effort to shift out of this energy after you've allowed yourself to do this processing and shadow work. Know that it will not last. No matter how bad it seems at the moment, the sun will always rise again.
