Sometimes a bomb ass pasta salad is all that is necessary to get your entire LIFE! Yup, I said it. Seriously, I've been making this dish like once a week--it's that good. And I have Trader Joe's to thank for all the healthy ingredients.
What You'll Need
2. In a skillet, cook your onions, green peppers and zucchini down for a few minutes. Add in the tomatoes and stir.
3. Add seasoning: thyme, basil, salt and pepper. Stir for 3-4 minutes, then turn off the heat.
4. Combine all ingredients along with pesto and tuna. Stir well.
Of course you can remix this by eliminating ingredients you don't like and adding your personal flavor. Enjoy!
